Safety First

Patriot’s team is always striving for the highest safety standards on our projects and within our operations.  Safety is not an accident; it requires planning, training and teamwork.  Our safety program has been developed to insure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations with particular emphasis on the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) and the OSHA requirements that apply to our construction operations.

A Team Approach:
The safety of every individual is an ongoing team and organizational responsibility and we are committed to insuring the proper safety training and awareness through the following initiatives:

• Equipment operating and maintenance procedures
• Safety guidelines that focus management, employee, and trade contractor awareness on reducing the risk of accidents and/or incidents in all activities.
• Drug and alcohol testing

• Jobsite “Tool Box Talks” and “Job Hazard Analysis"
